Tour at Yangshuo – Part Two @ Big Banyan Park

Yep, the last post we had took a nice raft floating at Yulong River. Then we continued our riding and in fact, we don’t even have a exact destination for the next stop. 😈
So it’s exploring time! 😎 We just went where we want, checked our position on the map. And sometimes we needed to ask the folks when we got lost. 😐
What ever. Finally we found the way and got to the Big Banyan Park.(May be we can say “Discovered” 😆 )

Right, this is the big banyan tree which this park named after. And it had lived for more than 1 thousand and 400 hundreds years.

From this board, we can find out that this tree was very very old… And people always think that creatures which existed for a long time can become some kind of god in them. So many folks come to here to pray in front of this tree for many purposes.

You can see that it is so huge when we look from a long distance. 😯

What’s that? A kid and a old man were showing how people used cormorants() to catch fishes. 😀 To see local fishermen fish with cormorants is very funny, cause we learned this scene when we were in the primary school. That’s so impressive to us and today we saw they by ourselves.

It’s the time that lotus flower begin to bloom~

“Third Sister Liu,” is a popular singer in the folk legend.  This maybe the stage that she performed.
