A Japanese anime called Neon Genesis Evangelion (also called EVA in short) was remade as new OVA version,

and it’s first chapter is called “You Are[Not] Alone”…

EVA is a great hit in the anime history, maybe the audiences is attracted by the giant mecha called Evangelions fighting with the monstrous beings called “Angels”, or maybe the complex story, the secret behind the prophecy from the Bible…

But anyway, the soul of the anime is the humans in it, in my opinion.

There is no “hero” in this anime, no “perfect” man, even didn’t tell us what ’s good or bad. The main characters are not “complete”, that make them very real, just like us. As the writer and director of this anime said, “It’s strange that ‘Evangelion’ has become such a hit – all the characters are so sick!” Yes, we, humans can’t be absolutely “complete”. But many shinning moments of human good quality can’t be covered up. Just like the Smile of Rei, warming us in our heart forever.

So does Michael Jackson. Even though He is the king of pop, he can’t be the god neither. We have no right to force him to be the “Perfect” one. And his song and dance was still a legend to us. He and his voice, his “moon walk” and shinning images will be remembered forever, just like the time when we are still a school boys and girls.

Wish MJ will  songs and dances freely in the Heaven.
